Mike de Kock accounts for four of the 18 runners set to take part in this year's Durban July, as he looks to win this famous race for the first time in over a decade.
Since bursting onto the scene in the 1980s, Mike de Kock remains a powerhouse in South African horse racing. The 58-year-old has won the Durban July on four occasions, the last of those wins coming back in 2011 when Igugu scored under Anthony Delpech.
